Generally referrals are received from mental health services or the local authority and private referrals are also accepted.

All referrals will be assessed free of charge and if agreed wherever possible within 72 hours from time of the referral.

Upon assessment a copy of the assessment will be sent to the referral agent with an opinion, whether the referral is suitable and what would be the expected weekly charges.
